Data collected on this site

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and, where provided, your company, phone number and the content of your message. A technical cookie stores only the display language you chose. This site uses no advertising cookies and no analytics trackers.

Purpose

This data is used solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a commercial proposal. It is used for no other purpose.

Legal basis

Processing rests on your consent, given by voluntarily submitting the form, and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Retention period

Messages received are kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted. Data belonging to clients under contract is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and ten years thereafter, to meet accounting obligations.

Recipients

Your data is handled only by authorised staff within Wintek. It is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be hosted with our technical provider, strictly for the operation of this site.

Data belonging to our business clients

In the course of our work — maintenance, development, online platforms — we may access data belonging to our clients or to their own users. We then act as a processor: that data remains the client's property, is used only to carry out the assignment, and is returned or deleted at their request. Our staff are bound by a contractual confidentiality obligation.

Equipment left for repair

When equipment is handed to us for servicing, our technicians undertake not to open, copy or extract any personal file beyond what is strictly necessary for the repair. Backing up data beforehand remains the client's responsibility, and we systematically offer this service.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection. Access to the platforms we publish is password protected and segmented by role. Each client's data is isolated from every other client's.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the data concerning you. To exercise it, write to contact@wintekservices.com stating your request. We reply within thirty days.

This policy may be updated. The applicable version is the one published on this page.
