Wintek is a small outfit. Nobody here waits to be told what to do, and nobody pretends to be busy. In exchange, you learn fast and you see the result of your own work.
A clean installation, a tidy cable, a client who does not call back. That is the only measure that counts.
We announce a deadline, we meet it. If that becomes impossible, we say so beforehand, not afterwards.
We fund certifications for those who commit. Several of our training tracks are open to the team.

You carry out network and CCTV installations at our clients' premises, and maintenance visits under contract. Paid per intervention, with an advance on larger jobs.
ApplyYou run the TCF, IELTS or German preparation sessions, in the evening or on Saturdays. Paid as a share of your session's revenue.
ApplyYou run the social channels of Wintek and of our clients: content calendar, visuals, short videos, moderation and reporting.
